Response Times
The fire service doesn't operate on a traditional Monday through Friday schedule, and neither do many of the departments we work with. Consultation requests can be submitted at any time.
Departments can generally expect an initial response within 1–2 business days. Phone or video consultations are scheduled at mutually convenient times with flexibility for shift schedules and operational commitments.
